# Setting up OAuth keys for Dropbox

To set up OAuth keys for Dropbox, sign in to your Kloudless Account and expand the Dropbox section in the Custom OAuth keys page. Instructions are provided detailing how to set up the Dropbox application, and the permissions needed to extend access to the Kloudless integration.

# Creating/registering a Dropbox application

You may obtain the OAuth credentials here, then use this guide to setup an application.

# Required scopes

Select "Full Dropbox" as the permission type.

To enable Recent Files or Activity Monitoring you will need to add the following to your app's list of Webhook URIs:

https://api.kloudless.com/services/dropbox/notification/<YOUR_DROPBOX_APP_KEY>

Replace <YOUR_DROPBOX_APP_KEY> with the app key that Dropbox provides.

Please contact us at support@kloudless.com with any questions you may have. We'd be happy to help you get set up.

# Configure Admin Access OAuth keys

The Dropbox application creation is the same as for default (or normal user) access.

The primary change is the permission type used for the Dropbox application. Please select "Team member file access" as the permission type for your Dropbox for Business app.

No changes are needed to enable activity monitoring from the default configuration settings described in the Required Scopes section above.
